They scoured a huge amount of movies and came up with 15 of the must watch car chases that every petrol head should see. From Matrix Reloaded to Terminator 2 or the Italian Job, there are a lot of quality selections there.

We won’t spoil the winner, but we do have a few suggestions to make from our personal favorites. Hit the jump to see the videos of our own favorite car chases from movies.

Taxi 2 – You don’t need an explanation or English subtitles to see a beautiful white Peugeot 405 being chased on the streets of Marseille in France.

Transporter 2 – Jason Statham playing the Transporter and pushing a fabulous Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster in Miami. The ending is not for the faint hearted.

2 Fast 2 Furious – The iconic Nissan Skyler GT-R takes on a Honda S2000, a Toyota Supra and a Mazda RX-7. This is the stuff tuner dreams are made of.

Drive Angry is shaping up to be a really bad movie and I’m so sorry to say that, because I couldn’t wait to see the first car movie shot in 3D. I was certainly not expecting this. What do you think? How much do you believe it’ll suck?
