When people think of drifting, they usually picture either hot Japanese imports, like a Nissan Silvia or a Toyota Supra, or powerful American muscle cars, like the Ford Mustang or Chevrolet Camaro.

One Latvian drifter decided to prove everybody wrong, and fitted an old Mercedes-Benz E Class Wagon diesel (W123 generation) with a Scania turbocharger and started throwing it on the circuit.

The result is the stuff retro drifting dreams are made of. Thanks to the skill of the driver and the sheer awesomeness of the old W123 Mercedes wagon, the video below is a must see.
