There have been talks about Top Gear USA for a long while now and many of us thought that the show was not going to happen, but it seems that it wasn’t true after all. Top Gear U.S. will air on The History Channel and it will be hosted by a dynamic trio made up by Tanner Foust (professional racing driver, stunt driver, and television host), Rutledge Wood (roving racing analyst) and Adam Ferrara (actor and comedian). I believe we have a team that is ready to take on the great challenge that is to make an American version of the most acclaimed and loved auto show in the world.
The classic Top Gear style will be continued, as we can see from the trailer: $1000 cars and crazy challenges, all blown out of proportion and wild maneuvers with supercars on the track. The only question remains: will there be an American Stig?
Until we get that answer, hit the jump and enjoy the first Top Gear U.S. official trailer!
