Social gamers everywhere, unite! Since Facebook, we’ve made a lot of friends, some “friendlier” than others, some more passionate about games, some more eager to share. What we have in common is that we are somewhat heavy users and we know a lot about how to get around Facebook.
The guys over at Rounds thought that we should take these friendships and make them more real and what is more real than video chatting? So they put up a video chatting platform which is aimed mainly at social gamers, who can communicate and better develop their crops, colonies or whatever it is that the cool kids are doing nowadays. Bringing the players closer together is supposed to build a bridge across the online and offline environment and make the activities feel more real.
What is your take on this? Do you think it might end up as Chatroulette?
