Lamborghini has once again started teasing the replacement of its current top of the range model, the Murcielago.
The picture you see above showcases just a part of a brand new supercar, presumably called the Jota. It will no doubt be showcased at the Paris Motor Show at the end of the month, but until then, we’re going to be treated with a few more photos.
According to previous rumors, the Jota might output somewhere around 700 HP, more than the current most powerful Lamborghini Murcielago, the LP670-4 Super Veloce, which is capable of, you guessed it, 670 HP.
Still, no matter the details, it’s going to be a new Lamborghini, so be prepared for a very powerful and very interesting supercar. We’ll keep you up to date when other teaser shots emerge.
The Citroen DS3 is one gorgeous compact hatchback, and that’s why the French company decided to partner up with various fashion houses to create special one-off models.
The latest example comes from Japanese fashion house Kenzo, who customized a white Citroen DS3 with some funky patterns inspired by oriental designs.
The car is currently unique, and will no doubt be showcased at the upcoming Paris Motor Show. Expect it to be flaunted at fashion events where Kenzo will appear.
Parking can be pretty tricky, especially if you’re in a van with not a lot of visibility.
Usually though, things tend to go off without a hitch, but there are times when even talented drivers slip up and touch the cars already parked on the side of the road.
That’s what one van driver did, but instead of making a dent in a regular car, his vehicle backed up onto a beautiful, black Ferrari F430.
Let’s hope for the van driver’s sake that the Ferrari owner was sympathetic and didn’t ask him to pay for the damage sustained by the Italian supercar.
This just goes to prove that when you try to park around a supercar, it’s best to be as careful as possible.
Given the recent debate over whether or not the driver who portrays The Stig should be allowed to publish his memoirs, things have gotten quite serious.
Luckily, one of the presenters of the British TV show, James May, decided to actually reveal the true secret behind The Stig’s identity.
Ladies, gentlemen, brace yourselves, it seems that The Stig is actually James May.
In his column in The Telegraph, he goes on to say that his whole Captain Slow persona, the fact that he owns a Fiat Panda or that he bought the ‘wrong’ Ferrari, was just a careful strategy, so that people won’t realize that he is actually The Stig.
The whole article is brilliant, so you should check it out ASAP.
Hyundai is eager to expand its European offer, and has begun teasing the launch of a brand new compact MPV, the Hyundai ix20.
The new model will be showcased at the upcoming Paris Motor Show, which will take place at the end of the month.
Until then, the South Korean company released this very attractive sketch, conceived by its research and development studio in Russelsheim, Germany.
The sketch shows a very stylish MPV, in line with new models from Hyundai like the Sonata or the ix35 (Tucson). What do you think, is the ix20 going to be a stylish model? Share your thoughts by leaving a comment below.
Driving a car, in some conditions, might be the most dangerous thing you can think of, especially if you live in large, congested cities.
That’s why insurance company Allstate decided to survey the safest and the most dangerous US cities in terms of driving a car.
The winner was Fort Collins, Colorado, where drivers get into an accident once every 14.5 years. This is a third better than the national average. Other safe-to-drive cities are Chattanooga, Ten., . Eugene, Ore. or Reno, Nev.
On the other end of the survey, the most dangerous city for drivers is the US capital of Washington D.C. In it, drivers get into a car crash once every 5.1 years. Next up is Baltimore, Maryland, where the average is once every 5.6 years. Other dangerous cities include Philadelphia, Los Angeles or Dallas.
In the end, Allstate warns that people should always be careful when driving, and shouldn’t indulge in activities that distract their attention from the road. Check out a video of the survey below.
If there’s one motorsport that uses competition between vehicles to the fullest, it’s Monster Truck racing.
After the famous Big Foot truck managed to jump a distance of 202 feet, Joe Sylverster, driver of the Bad Habits monster truck decided to one-up his adversary.
As such, he has been practicing the routine at his own home in Pennsylvania. Sadly, the last practice didn’t go so well, with the truck going nose down into the dirt ramp.
Luckily, Sylvester made it out alive and unharmed. He was set to break the world record monster truck jump yesterday, at the Cornfield 500. No news yet on if he succeeded or not, but we will keep you updated.

It seems Ferrari has finally took blame for the recent fires suffered by 458 Italia supercars, and has issued a recall for the exotic supercar.
It seems that there is a problem with the adhesive used to stick a heat shield onto the rear fender. Under extreme temperatures, the adhesive can ignite, causing a fire in the rear of the car. Up until now, all of the fires originated from that area.
Owners are advised to head on over to their local Ferrari dealership so that a free fix can be implemented.
